Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist with Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC, you will have the opportunity to work with children and their families in a home-based setting, providing personalized therapy services to help them reach their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for pediatric patients
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need
  • Provide hands-on therapy services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements
  • Unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapist
  • Current CPR certification
