Compensation Strategist Opportunity at KPMG

KPMG is a leading professional services firm that provides audit, tax, and advisory services to organizations across various industries. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Compensation Strategist to join our Talent & Culture organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement compensation strategies for the Business Development (Sales & Alliances) organization
  • Liaise with Business Development leaders to design sales plans that meet business needs
  • Analyze market compensation survey results and provide insights to client groups
  • Develop year-end compensation salary increase guidelines and analyze budget versus spend
  • Collaborate with HR Business Advisors and leaders to benchmark roles and assess competitive pay levels
Requirements:
  • Minimum five years of recent, broad-based compensation experience
  • Primary focus on sales compensation design, with experience in consulting/services industry a plus
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Microsoft Office applications proficiency, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
