ROLE OVERVIEW
As an integral member of the Estates Team, your responsibilities will include delivering professional property services and overseeing the building infrastructure. This encompasses maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and contributing to capital projects across the District's estate.
The position is based at Kings House in Lyndhurst, with responsibilities extending across the entire district, which includes regions such as Dorset, Hampshire, Surrey, Isle of Wight, West Sussex, and parts of Berkshire.
You will collaborate with a committed Estates Department that consists of two Land Agents, two Assistant Land Agents, an Estates Works Supervisor, and administrative support.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3 years of experience in building surveying.
A relevant degree in property and construction or an equivalent qualification.
Membership with RICS or CIOB, or actively pursuing such membership.
SALARY AND PERKS
Base Salary: £40,000 to £45,000.
25 days of annual leave in addition to Bank Holidays.
