Job Summary:

Metro Services, LLC is seeking a skilled Server Representative to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering warm and welcoming service, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction, and promoting a positive company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
  • Prepare and present guests' checks, accept payment, and process credit card transactions or accept cash as applicable.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and vendor partners to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to become knowledgeable of all Metro Services, LLC has to offer, including menu items, special events, and company promotions.

  • A commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, supporting the smooth operation of the dining experience.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
