Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Senior Specialist to join our team at Olsson. As a key member of our commissioning team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the functional operation of our clients' facilities and buildings.

Your primary responsibility will be to monitor daily commissioning processes, perform pre-functional and functional testing, and lead efforts to secure repeat client work. You will also support marketing and business development efforts to build relationships with new clients.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your extensive commissioning knowledge and experience in large facilities, such as data centers, to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless commissioning processes
  • Develop and implement commissioning plans to meet client requirements
  • Conduct pre-functional and functional testing to ensure facilities are functioning as intended
  • Lead efforts to secure repeat client work and expand our commissioning services
  • Support marketing and business development efforts to build relationships with new clients
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in commissioning
  • Strong knowledge base of pre-functional and functional commissioning
  • Ability to lead projects and work well on a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
