Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Life Care Services;Essex Meadows. As a Part-Time RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Job Status:

Part-Time

Pay:

$48.00 per hour

Department:

Healthcare (SNF)

Key Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Administering medications and treatments to residents
  • Providing direct resident care as needed
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered

Additional Responsibilities:

You will also be responsible for:

  • Assisting in admission and discharge procedures
  • Responding to resident emergency call system as indicated
  • Making rounds with physicians and transcribing orders
  • Keeping physician and family aware of change in resident's condition
  • Maintaining the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each patient
  • Assuring continuity of services and care
  • Attending in-service training and education sessions, as assigned
  • Performing specific work duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • RN license by the State
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience
