ROLE OVERVIEW:
This position demands strong analytical and technical skills, requiring prompt yet thoughtful responses to surpass customer expectations. You will play a crucial role in championing customer service while assisting Premier Trailer Leasing in achieving its operational and financial goals. Your accountability for performance will be demonstrated through the application of operational principles and effective management of the work process in a fast-paced setting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct thorough inspections of trailers to ensure compliance with safety standards and Federal Highway Guidelines.
- Prepare and manage customer rental agreements.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Oversee and reconcile daily equipment inventory, tracking both inbound and outbound activities.
- Facilitate the transportation of equipment between locations and to clients.
- Verify that customers possess the necessary insurance prior to trailer rentals.
- Assist with Accounts Receivable collections as needed.
- Handle daily administrative tasks, including paperwork and filing.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing assistance as required.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and colleagues.

- Ability to perform physical inspections of trailers, including accessing both the interior and exterior.
- Willingness to walk throughout the yard and navigate stairs as necessary.
