Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Specialist to join our team in a production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling parts and subassemblies, ensuring high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and Quality Control: Assemble parts and subassemblies according to work instructions, blueprint specifications, and visual factory guidelines. Monitor and report on product quality and equipment performance to ensure production and quality standards are met.
  • Product Preparation: Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and/or visual factory guidelines.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Documentation: Document actions by completing production and quality forms.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Must have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written format.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Must have the ability to multi-task and demonstrate flexibility.
  • Attention to Detail: Must have the ability to follow written and verbal instructions and have an understanding of basic math skills.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
