We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our team at CyberCoders. As a Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys in various aspects of litigation, including research, document preparation, and court filings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys in preparing and filing court documents, including Federal Appellate briefs
  • Conduct research and provide analysis on various legal topics
  • Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with attorneys to develop and implement case strategies
  • Provide exceptional support to attorneys, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Virginia or Federal court litigation
  • Experience in Federal and state court
  • Experience in litigation support
  • Proficiency in filing Federal Appellate briefs (preferred)
  • Strong computer skills
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Ability to work with multiple attorneys
  • Experience with Clio (a plus)
