- Experience with data acquisition systems (e.g., Matlab) for experimental electro-mechanical applications.
- Strong creativity, initiative, organizational, and communication abilities (both verbal and written).
- Capability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively, adapting to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Openness to interdisciplinary collaboration to achieve project objectives.
- Background in robotics, medical device development, human interface design, quality assurance, and mechanical testing.
- Familiarity with flexible power transmission design.
- Experience working with various manufacturing sources and component suppliers.
- Understanding of engineering documentation and laboratory protocols.
- Prior involvement in software development related to data acquisition and control systems.

Position Overview
- Collaborate with the team to establish design specifications for actuation, transmission, and interface components for wearable robotic systems, contributing to their conceptualization, detailed design, fabrication, and testing.
- Generate technical drawings and representations of both conceptual and detailed designs for team and vendor collaboration.
- Assist in testing wearable robotics components on various models and during human subject testing.
- Gather and document feedback, identifying metrics to optimize system performance and explore new technologies for wearable robotics.
- Contribute to the development of demonstration prototypes, internal reports, patent applications, and presentations, providing updates on project goals and deliverables during team meetings.
