- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients in their homes, using a variety of techniques and modalities to promote healing and recovery.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
- Document patient progress and outcomes, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Florida.
- Current CPR certification.
- Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
