Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional cleanliness standards in patient living units and campus buildings, adhering to Menninger standards and regulatory requirements.
-Maintain accurate inventory of daily linen supplies, following department guidelines
-Ensure equipment functionality and report any maintenance needs to the relevant department
-Demonstrate commitment to the Facilities Management mission statement through punctual attendance and reliability.
-Contribute to the successful operation of the Facilities Management Department

Take ownership of compliance with Menninger policies and procedures.
-Identify and report any hazardous conditions to the supervisor.

-Participate in Corporate Compliance educational sessions.
-Apply a comprehensive understanding of relevant Corporate Compliance Plan and Code of Conduct by performing tasks accordingly.
-Actively engage in Team STEPPS program.

Demonstrate an understanding of developmental tasks and special needs for diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults/geriatrics.

Assume additional responsibilities as requested
-Accept additional assignments willingly.

-Demonstrate adaptability to changing departmental needs and priorities.

-Demonstrate ability to respond to changing workloads and crisis situations.

Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience
One (1) year of experience in institutional housekeeping.
