Position Details
- Role: Inpatient/Outpatient Traditional Position or Inpatient Hospitalist Position
- Work Schedule:
- Four days dedicated to endoscopy and one day to clinic weekly
- Call schedule is meticulously planned in advance, with seven weeks of day call and seven weeks of night call annually
- Contract: Three-year contract offering a no-buy-in partnership from day one
- Compensation:
- $600K for the first year or greater based on RVU model
- Sign-On Bonus
- Relocation assistance
- Student Loan Assistance: $10K per year for five years (total $50K), with eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
- Benefits:
- Comprehensive benefits package, including occurrence-based malpractice coverage
- 403B Retirement plan with company match
- $5K CME allowance
- Four weeks of vacation
Opportunities and Growth
- Teaching: Engage in teaching opportunities with medical students doing rotations through the hospital. Our facility also hosts a Family Medicine residency program, as well as NP and PA student rotations.
- Collaboration: Work alongside a university in various capacities.

- EMR: Transitioning from Cerner EMR to EPIC in 2026
