We are seeking a Nursing Support Specialist to join our team at The Laurels of Summit Ridge. This role offers an estimated annual salary of $38,000 - $48,000, based on experience and location. Job Description

This position involves caring for guests under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. Some key responsibilities include:

  • Taking and recording vital signs
  • Measuring and recording height and weight, intake and output
  • Maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for guests
  • Providing assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
  • Supporting guests with eating and hydration needs
  • Monitoring guests' skin health and reporting any concerns to licensed nurses
  • Meeting guests' mental health and social service needs
Requirements
