Job Title: Cardiac Catheterization Manager

vTech Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Catheterization Manager to lead our team in Chicago, Illinois.

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Chair of the Division of Cardiology, the Cardiac Catheterization Manager will oversee the invasive cardiac and electrophysiology services across CCH. This includes supervising clinical and nonclinical staff, formulating and implementing policies and procedures, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and reviewing outcome measures.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise clinical and nonclinical staff in the invasive cardiovascular laboratories
  • Formulate and implement policies and procedures
  • Support quality improvement initiatives
  • Review outcome measures
  • Oversee the implementation of operational and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois
  • Five years of full-time nursing experience
  • Three years of full-time experience in procedural units, laboratories, or operating rooms
  • Two years of full-time management and/or supervisory experience
  • Active Advanced Cardiovascular certification
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
