Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery Specialist

Job Summary:

OneStaff Medical is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery Specialist to join our team for a travel nursing assignment in a Labor and Delivery setting. As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to women during labor and childbirth, monitoring the baby and the mother, coaching mothers, and assisting doctors.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized patient care to women during labor and childbirth
  • Monitor the baby and the mother's vital signs and report any concerns to the doctor
  • Coach mothers and assist doctors during deliveries
  • Prepare women and their families for the stages of giving birth
  • Help patients with breastfeeding after the baby is born

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in the state of practice
  • Experience in Labor and Delivery nursing
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
