- Install and service water heaters, faucets, and other plumbing fixtures while adhering to Federal, State, and Local codes.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues with water heaters, faucets, and other plumbing systems.
- Ensure accurate documentation of each job is completed and uploaded into our system in a timely manner.
- Protect clients' personal property from work areas.
- Work in various conditions and hours depending on client/jobsite needs.
- Enter time, mileage, and materials into relevant software.
- Maintain proper truck stock for the scope of work required.
- Maintain a safe and acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy.
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction with regards to communication, workmanship, and quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the plumbing trade.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
