Job Summary:

Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Care Specialist to join our team. As a Pediatric Care Specialist, you will provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children, enabling them to grow and flourish to their full potential.

Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 patient care to medically fragile children in their homes
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Utilize electronic charting using KanTime to document patient care and progress
• Participate in education and clinical training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements:
• RN/LPN with a valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification
