About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness in our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the dish machine to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of dishes and utensils.
  • Supervise and maintain proper rinse and wash temperatures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety.
  • Change water, store, and use dish chemicals properly to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Set up and organize the dish racks to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Remove trash and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as dish racks and trash cans.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
