About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Redstone Highlands. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments and external vendors to resolve HVAC-related issues.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve system malfunctions.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent system failures and reduce downtime.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in RHVAC or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • Proven experience in HVAC maintenance and repair, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
