We are seeking a charismatic and experienced Hospitality Ambassador to join our team at Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge. Located in the heart of Alaska, this iconic lodge offers an unparalleled work environment with breathtaking scenery and wildlife.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling dining and monetary transactions efficiently, and assisting team members as needed. This includes:

  • Setting up the host station for shifts
  • Obtaining reservations, mapping seating arrangements, greeting and seating guests
  • Closing tickets and tendering change as necessary
  • Acknowledging and understanding daily menu changes

In addition to these responsibilities, the Hospitality Ambassador will thrive in a fast-paced and high-energy work environment, committing to delivering exceptional guest service and positive interactions with guests.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

  • Previous restaurant experience viewed as advantageous
  • Familiarity with computerized Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits
