  • Lead the site when the Coordinator is out, opening and closing the program Monday to Friday
  • Plan and lead fun, creative activities for kids, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development

  • Engage with children directly, building strong relationships and making their day awesome
  • Collaborate with the Coordinator to adjust shifts and responsibilities as needed, ensuring seamless program delivery

Locations:

  • East Bethel Elementary: 21210 Polk Street NE, East Bethel

Perks and Pay:

  • $19.60/hour plus a $0.50/hour differential for split shifts

Qualifications:

  • 18 or older with a high school diploma
  • CDA or AA degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development preferred
  • 1+ years of experience working with kids preferred
  • A natural leader who takes initiative and jumps in wherever needed
  • Strong communication skills, able to connect with parents, staff, and children
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check
  • Being flexible, love being with kids, and enjoy being active—whether it's in the gym or outside
