Speech Language Pathologist - Clinical Fellow Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as a Clinical Fellow. As a Clinical Fellow, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a unique home health setting, working with a diverse range of patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech therapy services to patients in their homes, utilizing a variety of techniques and strategies to meet individual needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness, and develop goals and objectives to address these areas.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure to practice Speech Therapy in the state of Colorado.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
