We are seeking an experienced Grant Manager to oversee the pre- and post-award processes for government awards, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws. The successful candidate will manage grant submissions, administration, and closeout, while maintaining policies, procedures, and financial systems in accordance with grant contracts and regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of federal, state, and local government regulations, as well as experience with grant application processes, budgeting, and financial reporting. The Grant Manager will work closely with multiple departments to ensure seamless grant management and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in grant management, auditing, or a related field. Proficiency in grant application processes, budgeting, and financial reporting is essential. Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and government agencies is a plus.
