Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform floor maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors
  • Operate floor care equipment, such as buffers and extractors
  • Anticipate and recommend floor care needs to ensure optimal floor condition
  • Ensure a safe work environment by following safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior janitorial experience necessary (training provided)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation
