About the RoleAs a Beauty Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, representing our values and products in-store. Your primary responsibility will be to generate in-store events and create a strong presence for our brand. You will work closely with our team to increase sales and brand awareness, and will be expected to be a self-starter, effective communicator, and good listener.
Key Responsibilities- Represent our brand in-store and create engaging experiences for customers
- Generate in-store events and promotions to drive sales and brand awareness
- Build lasting relationships with store teams and leadership
- Coach and educate customers on our products and services
- Provide interactive product demonstrations and engage with customers as the brand expert
- Ensure product merchandising meets company standards
- Provide critical feedback through survey responses
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $23-$25, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our company. Requirements- Beauty savvy and able to represent the brand look while adhering to dress code policies
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to act with integrity and business maturity
- Ability to spend up to 100% of working time standing and walking in the store
- Willingness to drive a minimum of 30 miles with a reliable form of transportation
- Ability to use a smartphone and keep open lines of communication via email, video calls, phone calls, text messages, etc.
