This position involves picking, packing, and shipping supplies and materials to internal and external customers in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Transporting incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas using appropriate tools and vehicles.
- Performing quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials and products.
- Sorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined inventory procedures.
- Picking, packing, and shipping materials and products.
- Processing all packages for shipping and processing returned merchandise.
- Conducting physical inventory counts and replenishing stock from backup locations as needed.
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
- Following all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Performing all other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of warehouse or related experience in the same or similar industry.
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
- Ability to drive a forklift.
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Able to use MS Office Suite and distribution-specific ERP systems.
- Ability to pass background check, MVR check, and drug test where required.
