Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and animal-loving individual to join our team as a Cat Care Specialist at Miami Pet Concierge.

Job Summary:

As a Cat Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and attention to our feline clients in the comfort of their own homes. This is a unique opportunity to work with a variety of cats, each with their own personality and needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily care and attention to our feline clients, including feeding, refreshing water, and scooping litter boxes.
  • Administer medication and customized feeding as needed.
  • Engage in playtime and socialization activities to ensure our cats receive the mental and physical stimulation they need.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as locking doors and throwing away trash.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and our team to ensure seamless care and attention.

Requirements:

  • 21+ years of age or older.
  • US citizen or legally authorized to work in the US for at least the next 12 months.
  • Local full-time resident of Miami-Dade.
  • Able to commit to this position for 12 months from the date of hire.
  • Be able to communicate in English, orally, and in writing.
  • Reliable transportation and understanding of mileage reimbursement.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends as needed.
  • Able to pass a background check.
  • Have access to a signal-enabled smartphone with a working camera at all times.
  • Be able to adhere to our smoke and drug-free work environment commitment.
  • Consider yourself detail-oriented and physically able to climb stairs, use elevators, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
