Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver/CNA to join our team in Sterling Heights. As a Caregiver/CNA, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with medication management and ambulation
  • Help with meal preparation and planning
  • Support clients with physical therapy exercises and mobility
  • Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Report any unusual incidents or concerns to management
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in a healthcare or in-home care environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Compassionate and supportive attitude
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
