POSITION SUMMARY

The role of a Guest Environment Expert goes beyond simply providing guests with a clean room and a neatly made bed. Our aim is to create a memorable and distinctive experience for every visitor. The Guest Environment Experts are proficient in various housekeeping tasks, ensuring the hotel maintains its cleanliness and aesthetic appeal. They have the autonomy to navigate their environment and perform necessary duties, which may include fulfilling guest requests, restocking supplies, cleaning guest rooms, and maintaining public areas.

Success in this position requires adherence to safety protocols, compliance with company policies, confidentiality, and a commitment to upholding quality standards. It is essential for Guest Environment Experts to present themselves professionally in terms of appearance and communication. The role demands physical activity, including standing, walking, and handling objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Performing these responsibilities effectively is crucial for delivering an exceptional experience for our guests and supporting our business objectives.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: No High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: No related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
