Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse Travel Assignment

Cross Country Healthcare is seeking a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse to join our team for a travel nursing assignment in a reputable hospital in Wilkes-barre, Pennsylvania.

Job Summary

As a Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse, you will be responsible for assisting physicians in performing diagnostic and interventional procedures, such as cardiac catheterizations, valvuloplasties, and angioplasties. Your duties will include prepping patients for procedures, ensuring informed consent, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians in performing diagnostic and interventional procedures
  • Prep patients for procedures and ensure informed consent
  • Monitor vital signs and administer medications as needed
  • Stay with patients until they are stabilized to be transferred or discharged
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in Cardiac Cath Lab
  • Active RN license
