Job Description

**Job Summary:**

Bay Community Support Services is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in our residential setting in Edgewater, MD. This role offers a competitive pay rate of $21/hr., with a $2/hr. weekend shift differential.

**Responsibilities:**

Assist residents with daily activities, personal care, medication administration, and household tasks.

Support residents in community outings, appointments, and social activities.

Implement individualized support plans and behavior intervention strategies.

Maintain accurate documentation and communicate any concerns regarding residents' well-being.

Collaborate with the team to ensure the safety of the residents.

**Work Schedule:**

This position requires availability Monday to Friday from 4 pm to 9 pm, with the possibility of weekend shifts. The role involves a total of 25 hours per week, offering consistency in scheduling.
