Madison Honda is seeking a talented BDC Consultant - Automotive Sales and Service to join our team. As a key member of our Business Development Center (BDC), you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
About the Role:
- We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for sales and customer service to lead our BDC team.
- This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with customers, identify sales opportunities, and deliver results-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers through personalized interactions, email marketing, and social media engagement.
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to identify sales opportunities and deliver results-driven solutions.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve our services and products.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and identify sales opportunities.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and data entry.
Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year.
