UCHealth is seeking a skilled LPN to join our team in the Medical Health Services Unit at the Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion. As a LPN, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, ensuring the highest level of care and compassion for our patients.
Responsibilities:- Contribute to patient assessment by collecting data for analysis by an RN.
- Perform plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Monitor, document, and communicate patient status and reactions to interventions.
- Graduate of an accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing program.
- State licensure as a Practical Nurse (LPN) or Vocational Nurse (LVN).
- IV certification.
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
