Unit Environment

The unit operates with a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio and requires floating to other areas as needed. Teamwork and collaboration are crucial for success in this environment.

Orientation and Training

New hires will undergo a 3-day orientation, including training on the unit's systems and protocols.
