ABOUT FOOD & BEVERAGE
The Food & Beverage team is dedicated to providing a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring that products are fresh, well-stocked, available, and accurately priced.

They are specialists in operations, processes, and efficiency, overseeing all aspects of food services, including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing, and promotional signage across all Food and Beverage sections.

These roles can provide you with:

• Understanding of guest service principles and experience in fostering a guest-first culture in food & beverage.
• Ability to inform guests about purchasing options and storage tips.
• Experience in food and beverage business fundamentals, including sales trends, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
• Knowledge of food seasonality, quality standards, and merchandising practices.
