Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team at Reliable Automatic Sprinkler Co., Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for storing, shipping, receiving, and replenishing finished goods to fire sprinkler contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shipping and Receiving: Ensure accurate and efficient processing of shipments, including scanning barcodes and delivering materials to the target location within the warehouse.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, report any discrepancies, and complete daily forklift inspections reports.
  • Warehouse Operations: Operate forklifts, lift trucks, side loaders, pallet trucks, and other loading/stacking equipment to move materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
  • Safety and Compliance: Promote a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 6+ months of warehouse experience.
  • Skills: Outstanding organization and documentation skills, excellent attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work well in a team environment.
Work Environment

The physical environment requires the employee to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment. The employee must be able to stand for 80% of the time and occasionally lift large materials not to exceed 70 pounds.
