Role Summary: The Speech-Language Pathologist will engage in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders. This role involves working with individuals across various age groups to create and execute tailored therapy strategies aimed at enhancing their communicative abilities and daily life quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough evaluations to identify speech, language, and swallowing impairments.
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans informed by assessment findings.
  • Deliver direct therapeutic interventions and track client progress, adjusting approaches as necessary.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
  • Maintain precise and comprehensive records of therapy sessions and client advancements.
  • Guide clients and their families on techniques to foster ongoing communication development.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational capabilities.
  • Experience in specific settings or with particular populations is a plus.
