Bethel Family Clinic is a Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to delivering comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health services to the residents of the Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta. Our clinic operates as the primary healthcare provider for this vast region, with patients traveling from surrounding villages to access our services.
Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a wide range of dental services, including routine check-ups, fillings, extractions, and more. They will also be expected to maintain accurate patient records, communicate effectively with staff and patients, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must possess a DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program and be licensed to practice dentistry in the State of Alaska. At least one year of work experience is preferred, with proficiency in endodontic treatment a significant asset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently, are also essential for success in this role.
Benefits:
Bethel Family Clinic offers a competitive salary range of $220,000 - $320,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, employees may be eligible for student loan repayment programs such as the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) and the Alaska SHARP program.
