Responsibilities- Assess patient conditions and identify changes in status, promptly reporting to medical providers.
- Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and document care in the patient's medical record.
- Provide exceptional care by responding to patient requests, anticipating needs, and resolving them.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up measures.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse diploma.
