We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Starbucks Barista to join our team at the Marriott Lakeway in Metairie, LA. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, including operating the cash register and handling customer transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or food service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
