Facility Information:
Details about the facility will be provided upon inquiry. This role is within a Critical Access Hospital with a capacity of 25 beds.
Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for:
- Communicating and collaborating with physicians and healthcare team members.
- Coordinating and providing patient care in collaboration with other health professionals.
- Monitoring patient responses to treatments and documenting outcomes.
- Administering medications as prescribed and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Evaluating patients before, during, and after procedures as required.
- Maintaining cleanliness of patient rooms and ensuring adequate supply levels.
- Transporting patients as necessary.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (preferred).
- Strong critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions effectively.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
Physical Requirements:
Candidates must be able to:
- Remain stationary and move about as needed.
- Handle equipment and assist with patient care tasks.
- Manage various physical demands including pushing, pulling, and bending.
