Position Overview for RN Surgical Trauma Orthopedics:
  • Deliver professional nursing care within a designated unit.
  • Coordinate care strategies with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Provide personalized, direct bedside nursing care tailored to patient requirements.
  • Assess the quality and effectiveness of nursing practices.
  • Engage in hourly rounding and oversee other healthcare personnel.
Essential Skills Required:
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Basic computer proficiency is necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Nursing Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Registered Nurse license in Arizona.
  • Current CPR certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Preferred experience of at least 1 year in acute care settings.
  • Certification in a relevant specialty area is advantageous.
