Sr. PLM Analyst - Product Development

About the Role:

Kontoor Brands is seeking a highly skilled Sr. PLM Analyst to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system and processes. As a key member of our product development team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the PLM system effectively supports the product development lifecycle, from conception to end-of-life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of PLM systems, working with business users and IT partners to identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve issues.
  • Lead and/or contribute to projects and process improvement initiatives, participating in business requirements definition, design, configuration, testing, and deployment tasks.
  • Create process flow documents, functional specifications, and test scripts as needed for projects or initiatives.
  • Provide user support for NAM and other global regions, with availability for off-hours support tasks as needed.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring compliance with Kontoor policies regarding system access, data security, and change control.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with PLM software (e.g., PTC Flex PLM, Centric PLM, Dassault systems ENOVIA, Bamboo Rose).
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and lifecycle management (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Experience with ERP systems and their integration with PLM systems, understanding of middleware and APIs for system integration.
  • Strong knowledge of database systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle, MySQL).
  • Strong understanding of apparel product development process and lifecycle management.
  • Experience with data migration and synchronization between different systems.
  • Proficiency with reporting tools and business intelligence platforms, creating dashboards and reports to visualize PLM data.
  • Ability to create training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.

Education and/or Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant experience. Master's degree preferred.
