Job Overview

Landmark Drainage is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team in the Red River Valley and surrounding areas. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation of subsurface drainage and directional boring projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation of subsurface drainage systems
  • Operate heavy equipment, such as backhoes and excavators
  • Perform site preparation work, including clearing and grading
  • Work safely around heavy equipment and in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Ability to work 40+ hours per week
  • Preferred experience with construction industry type work
  • Ability to travel out of town for projects
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

  • 10 hour shifts
