Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality resident care and supervision to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- Supervise and mentor nursing assistants and other nurses to ensure they are meeting the needs of residents.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including resident charts and medication administration records.
- Prepare and administer medications as needed.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of resident care.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois.
- Current CPR certification.
- At least one year of experience in a nurse supervisor role.
- At least three years of experience in long term care.
