Microstation ORD Technician

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with experience in CAD software and Microstation ORD? We are seeking a skilled Microstation ORD Technician to join our team at T2 Utility Engineers in Henderson, NV.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and revising MicroStation ORD generated utility investigation plan sets from field-collected data using Bentley MicroStation software. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Prepares and/or revises MicroStation ORD generated utility investigation plan sets from field-collected data using Bentley MicroStation software.
• Completes simple calculations from engineering staff-specific instructions.
• Assists with comparing T2ue field-gathered data versus survey-collected data.
• Survey data processing in MicroStation/ORD is a plus.
• Understands and implements the company's ORD procedures and/or agencies' ORD standards for use in plan set creation and deliverables.
• Well-organized with outstanding work ethic, works well with a dynamic and highly efficient team.
• Maintains schedules and progress reports for self-performed work.

• Must have 5 years of working with MicroStation-based systems and 2 years minimum with ORD.
• 2+ years of MicroStation/ORD experience in survey or transportation engineering-related fields.
• Minimum of high school or technical school training with courses in computer-aided drafting or equivalent experience (MicroStation/ORD).
• All activities will be under the direct supervision of a licensed Surveyor, Project Manager, or Professional Engineer, utilizing a variety of software packages including MicroStation/ORD (Open Roads).
• DOT experience is a plus.
• Trimble Business Center experience is a plus.
