Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for a 13-week contract in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). As a travel SLP, you will work with a diverse patient population, providing high-quality care and therapy services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized speech and language therapy services to patients with various communication disorders
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet patient goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to inform treatment decisions
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
  • Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or similar setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
