  • Effectively utilize multiple software applications that support sustainability-related programs.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • At least 5 years work experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
  • Proven track record of successful leadership, good judgment, and goal achievement in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong basic math and computer skills, particularly with the use of Microsoft Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 5 years experience as a manager with supervisory and budget responsibilities in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
  • Previous experience using warehouse heavy equipment, such as forklifts, pallet stackers, and balers.
  • Experience in retail and after-retail programs within the thrift industry.
  • Understanding of, and enthusiasm for, environmental sustainability programs, practices, and challenges.
