Job Summary:

H&K Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Estimator to support public and private projects throughout central Eastern Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to ensure goals are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze plans and specifications to determine project scope, time frame, and funding limitations
Prepare and submit quality estimates within the provided time frame
Solicit bids and negotiate contracts with subcontractors
Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progress on schedule and within budget

Requirements:

Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
Five years of experience in Heavy Civil Construction relevant to this region
Proficient computer skills, including internet and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and specialized project software
